We need new skirting boards installed in living room, entry, second living and a bedroom. Total length approximately 55m. MDF, pre primed skirt boards will be supplied. Old skirting already removed.

Move furniture. Remove old carpet flooring. Fix squeaky floor. Lay wooden floor .Replace furniture.

Replace 2x damaged floor boards in kitchen area, we have the spares which require cutting to size.

We have the carpet, needs to be cut, can cut outside in driveway. We have a single storey house. concrete floors, rooms will be cleared. Small rooms: 2/ - 3X3, 1/ 4X4 1/1.9 X3 WIR. Total 40sqm. You supply the underlay 10mm. Carpet we have is medium weight with loop piies, carpet is in 3.6width in a roll (sitting in our garage).

Initially to quickly sand a timber floor approximately 90m2 in preparation to lay a new floor over existing.
