Find an experienced flooring expert in Mosman

I have removed carpets from floors and it’s now concrete slab. I need someone to install 49m2 of floating herringbone hybrid floors. These are long panel herringbone, not the small fussy ones. I will provide all materials. I need skirting boards too, to two walls - These arent very long. I’m not sure what to buy but will need your advice on this. See attached product information on the flooring.

I need someone to rip out carpets and install flooring to 50m2 of office space. It will be a timber like laminate flooring

We require vinyl plank flooring to be installed into a commercial space in Mosman. The area is approximately 29m2. The existing flooring is timber floorboards and we've sourced Senso by Gerflo self adhesive planks from Bunnings. -self-adhesive-vinyl-planks-16-pack_p6600079 The floor is level, except for one step at the front which will require a trim. We require the project to be started by Tuesday 4th June and hope to have it completed within 2 days. The project is located in Mosman, NSW

Remove 40sqm of timber floorboards and underlay - must be done carefully as we plan on repurposing them. See pictures. Needs to be done on Sunday after 10am.

Looking to lay and glue 92 m2+/- of hybrid flooring. Existing floor needs to be removed. To remove is 36m2 is Cyprus pine that sits on joists the other 56m2 is solid 20mm Black Butt boards nailed to timber batten's that are fastened to the concrete slab.The Black Butt boards can be recycled if lifted successfully with care. Levelling works required in one section about 10m2 the few joists may need packing to achieve a level floor. Over the entire floor there is a difference of 20mm +/- from the highest to the lowest level. Looking at the photo with the orange ladder this is the area that needs leveling.
