Find an experienced flooring expert in Hawthorne

New skirting to be installed in whole house. Approx 60m2. Just had hybrid flooring installed and now needing skirting done.

Need carpet installed in 2 bedrooms. I have the carpet already but it needs to be cut to size and installed. Bedrooms are approx 4.2 x 3.8 (this is very estimated). Floor plan attached

Laying approximately 26.7 square meters of floorboards + potentially some hall way space (this would most dependent on how much flooding we have left over). Floorboards provided. There is 1 square metre of tiles that we’d like to be removed & replaced with floorboards but not sure if this is possible.

I need someone to through out carpet for me and hang the rodes for the curtains for me

Due to allergies we are looking to lay laminate over our carpeted bedroom in our current rental. It is a small area (3.2M x 3M). Looking for someone who works in this field and has a small batch leftover that can be used to lay the flooring. Flexible on colour (prefer light over dark) but the laminate needs to be of thick quality so that it will stay flat on the carpeted floor.

Pull up, remove and disposal of carpet and underlay including nailed in strip edging for 2 bedrooms, study and stairs.

Our little scooter shop (53m2) used to be a running-shoe shop. It has black and blue carpet tiles on the floor, which is really not suitable for having a collection of bikes on top! We need someone to help us 1. Rip up the carpet tiles 2. Remove the carpet glue (possibly with a floor sander?) 3. Polish concrete underneath This will ideally need to be done all in one day so we can put all the bikes back after we finish. No huge rush, most likely a Sunday in the next month or so would work. - Due date: Flexible

High standard wall and skirting board clean required for 7 rooms and spot clean any noticeable marks eg around light switches and door handles etc. Average room size is 4m x 3m (floorplan measurement) with a ceiling height of 2.7m.
