Looking for someone to sand and seal my floors on the Mornington Peninsula. Must have experience with floor sanding and adding some sort of primer to the top to make it a nice, smooth finish. Not looking for anything too expensive here, just an hourly rate to do the work, bring the sander, and seal the floor.

In the ensuite bathroom there is a stained/damaged piece of skirting board near the corner of the shower. This has been there for sometime and not become any worse. We have checked under the house at that particular spot and there is no water damage, hence we conclude that in the shower corner there may be a tiny leak that is making the skirting board a dirty stained colour. We need a capable person to remove the piece of skirting board so that we can see what is happening and repair this and replace with new skirting board. I have no idea how much this will cost us so am happy to speak with the handyman. Hence I've just put $200 as the budget. - Due date: Flexible
