Repair vinyl floor and coving

Our furniture showroom needs a quick spruce up as a temporary measure until we complete a full renovation. We have purchased two 50 m rolls of 3.66 wide commercial carpet that we would like installed in a way that will make it easy to remove when we come to complete the renovation. There is very low customer volumes in the store (less than 20 a day typically). Showroom width approx. 16 m (6 x widths to lay). The existing floor covering is fake grass and a small area of carpet tiles - this needs removing. We have an industrial bin on site so can dispose of some of the waste but please allow for a tip run too. Installation in the next few weeks would be ideal, but we are pretty flexible.
