Sand back and stain two decks, both reasonably small

Need the ick up and disposal of old decking material after refreshing deck. The Real hard work done dragging it all up from backyard to front of house for easy pick up. Approx 4 sqm of timber. Pile neatly stacked and has deck boards and structural timber. 5m by 1.4m wide by 0.6 high. You may need chainsaw or saw to cut timber to fit in trailor etc. as some planks about 4 m long. Easy to cut. Most nails etc hammered flat. Please see photos as no adjustments to proce once agreed. Possible second load following week too.

ON HOLD. Skirting board has been ordered. Should be in stock next week. About 1.7m of skirting board to be removed. Then replace with 1.8m piece. Mitre ends, install and caulk (as required). I will provide skirting board. If you can handle the other items (glue, caulk, tools)

- lay hybrid floors on 1.5 m x 2 m tiled area in garage -skirting boards have been removed - area under the door has been completed - task includes placing metal trim on the long edge along epoxy floor boundary - I have plenty of hybrid floorboards

Carpet and underlay installation. All bedrooms and robes, will be bare concrete ready for install. Will also need half of front living area Will be moving into new property 30th of June so will be a month most likely after move in date. Just working out budgets

Need professional removal of dog urine on carpet. Tried spot cleaner but hasn’t come up enough and still smells. Photo taken while still damp but hasn’t dried.

We have a bamboo flooring system that has popped (red area) with the humidity. We believe it is installed too tightly and needs to have the final edge trimmed (blue line in pic) Is this possible? Remove skirting trim edge and push flooring back down.
