I’m converting a small storage room into a study nook and need floorboards installed to cover an exposed concrete subfloor where built-in cabinets were recently removed. The job involves three tasks: 1. Lay Floorboards ∙ Install supplied (matching) floating floorboards to match the existing light timber flooring in the adjoining area ∙ Boards need to butt up neatly to the existing flooring at the threshold ∙ The subfloor is bare concrete with some old adhesive residue from removed cabinetry – light prep/levelling will be needed before laying ∙ Please bring underlay – I don’t have any on hand 2. Install Skirting Boards ∙ Install supplied skirting boards around the perimeter of the are as shown in the photos to finish the floor edges clean 3. Patch Holes in the Wall ∙ There are a few holes and damage spots in the walls left over from the cabinet removal ∙ Please patch and prep the walls ready for painting – I will do the painting myself, so just needs to be sanded smooth and ready to go. I will supply the filler for the wall patching. This is a relatively small task for someone that knows what they are doing.

Hey i have a living/dining room area at my mothers place where i need roughly 30 square metres of floorboards layer down and stuck to the concrete all material is provided however will need someone with a saw and some adhesive glue and rubber mallet. Saw will need to he used for cutting the boards to size if need be to fit in certain sections.

Flooring has been completed through the whole apartment except the master bedroom. 4 of the boxes of flooring are gloss but the rest are matte (including everything installed) . I need to change the finish to mate so it all matches. It’s discontinued stock so I can’t just buy more boxes

I am wanting to install floating floorboard in my apartment. Approx 100m squared will need to be install. I will already have the floorboards down in my garage space, along with the underlay. Any tools or supplies needed beyond that you will need to supply. You will need to bring the floorboards upstairs from my garage space (i can try to get some of the up prior to you arriving if i have time ) and install. i was looking at the week of the 8th of April but i am flexible.
