Job is removing tile, concrete and plyboard installed over original floorboard in a hallway and kitchen. Want to avoid damaging underlying timbers as much as possible so prefer someone who has experience with similar removal. Hallway is around 1.2 m to 1.6 m wide and about 8 m long. Kitchen is 3.61 m x 3.74 m.
