Hi Taskers. I have purchased 8m2 of floating floor boards (engineered) to replace a section that previously had tiles. 1. Floor needs preparation first. Leveling. 2. Underlay installed (can be supplied) 3. New floor boards install. (Supplied)

Rotten fascias approximately 1200x5000 need to be removed and replaced with new boards.

I have an existing timber deck built very tightly around a mature elm tree. The boards are cut hard up against the trunk and I’d like them adjusted to allow proper clearance for tree growth and movement. Scope of work: - Carefully cut back deck boards around the tree to create a clean expansion gap - Gap to be neat, intentional, and symmetrical (not rough cut) - Ensure no damage to the tree or surrounding deck structure - Deck is already built – this is an adjustment, not a new deck Important details: - Tree is established and alive – must be treated carefully - Looking for someone experienced with decks / carpentry (not a general handyman guessing) - Finish should look architectural and intentional No structural changes required (unless you advise otherwise) Location: Glen Iris, VIC Timing: Flexible, but preferably within the next couple of weeks Photos: Photos attached show current clearance around the trunk Please include: Your experience with deck modifications Any similar work you’ve done (photos welcome) Your availability

Approx 2m section of floorboards to be sanded and varnished

Due to a leaky fridge I have one or two warped floorboards to repair. Not a massive surface area by any means but enough to notice

I need two floorboards fixed.

Our deck has enclosed sides using Ecodeck. We need to create a manhole to gain access underneath. This requires 3 boards to be sawn in-place, approximately as shown by the tape-measure in the third photo. Probably using a sabre-saw or a small plunge-saw. It needs to be neat and accurate, then I can take it from there.

ISO handyman or flooring expert to help fix a few scratches in the floorboards (thanks kids). Must provide own tools and have experience.

We have three mould spots from dog soling the rug and need to sand it back and varnish it

4 x 5m room approx skirting install will be supplied. Half needs to also be taken off as the new skirting is higher.

Flooring board seems to have come out

Replace skirting board. 4 metres of existing skirting board to be replaced. 1 metres of new skirting board supplied. Scrape back, fill and seal 3 square metres of wall. Filler and paint supplied.

I need someone to please replace some boards in our decking, there is also some sanding that needs to be done in areas

Sand & polish existing timber floorboards which are original. Living room, dining, kitchen & 2 bedrooms. All prep to be included in quote, all materials, labour, rubbish removed & area free from dust so furniture can be moved back in. If possible it you can use a coating that would give extra protection against dog scratches that would be great. I have two & had a coating in my last house which really helped with maintenance. Please not the floor plan is estimate the spare room is 3.4 x 2.8

Water mark on floorboard fixed

Floorboards are sinking as a support is broken and they need to be fixed.

Rental property. My son and I started prep and painted small areas but have run out of time/ energy/ patience. Son may get around to changing about 5 weatherboards but if not will need that done. Some prep may still be needed but I think most done. Needs spray painting- have a small spray gun and some paint. ATM I'll ask for a day's work but would like to discuss further.

Unit has vinyl floor timber look floor tiles that's lifted due to hear want to have existing removed & new replaced around 8m2 labour only. I will buy the vinyl
