I had a water leak from my dishwasher, and it has caused some of the floorboards in my kitchen to bubble and lift. I’m looking for someone with experience in flooring to: • Remove the damaged floorboards • Replace them with matching boards (I have spare floorboards on hand) • Ensure a clean, level, and secure finish The affected area is relatively small (just in the kitchen), but I’d like it done professionally.

I would like to get my floorboards sanded and varnished. I have 4 large rooms,hallway and small entry that need to be done.

Carpet has been pulled up. Tassie oak floorboards underneath. Some require replacing and I have some spare boards ready. Sanding of room 5100x7200 so that it’s ready to oil.

I got 2 wholes in my wooden floor boards

I’m seeking a flooring specialist to replace my laminated floorboards with hybrid flooring. Additionally, in certain areas where the floorboards are damaged, I need the specialist to replace those sections with spare pieces from the salvaged laminated floorboards. Please provide your experience with similar projects and an estimated timeline for completion.

We have four adjacent hybrid boards that have lifted at one end of our hallway. We have spare boards if required but they probably just need to be refitted or reglued. (We don't have the adhesive.)
