Need job done as soon as possible. Looking for a handyperson to replace a single damaged hardwood floorboard located inside the cupboard under my stairs. And to fix a door to under my house that has come off its hinges. Details: Scope: Cut out the damaged section/board and fit a solid replacement. Put hinges back on door to under the house. Material: Tasker to supply a suitable piece of timber to fit the gap. Since it's inside a cupboard an exact color/stain match is not important.

We need floorboards replaced with boards to match the existing. A wall was knocked down and the boards used by the previous builder don’t match. We want Baltic pine of a certain width. Hello! We have around 70cm worth of scratches in length on our flooboards. The cause was the leg of our sofa, where the felt pad attached to the leg came off and exposed the nail to the wooden flooring. The longer scratches are more superficial, but some of the shorter ones more deeper. We require someone who can help with repairing these, if there are multiple options, do advise please. I have timber hardwood floor boards installed on top of particle boards. A certain area of the living room (Approx 1.5m x 1.5) experiences noise when walking over it. Access to the floor underneath is tight. I require someone to undertake repairs to clear the noise.
