Looking for quotes to sand and polish/refinish existing timber floors in a house in Cranebrook. Areas required: living/dining, bedrooms, hallway and other timber-floor areas. Approximately 80sqm. Family room, bathrooms, ensuite, toilet and sunroom are excluded. The floors are existing timber and generally in usable condition, but I’d like them sanded back and refinished to achieve a lighter, cleaner natural timber look. Hardwood floor sanding, staining & polishing (3 bed + study + living + hallway) Description: Carpet has been removed from a 3 bedroom house, study, living room, and hallway. We're looking for someone experienced in timber floor sanding to sand the existing timber floors in two rooms. The total area is approximately 22m²: Room 1: 3.3m × 3.6m Room 2: 3.3m × 3.1m We're happy to do the oil/finish ourselves, so we'd like a quote for: Sanding only – including edges/corners and leaving the floors clean and ready for finishing. Sanding + polishing/finishing – please let us know the additional cost for this option. We're not looking to change the colour of the timber, just restore/smooth the existing floors and finish them appropriately. Please include equipment and any consumables required for the sanding in your quote. Photos of the floors can be provided if needed. We're flexible on timing. Need warehouse floor sanded to get off the old flaking paint off and then painted with a product provided. Roughly 150 sqm. Budget is variable, not sure what to expect. Images added.. Outdoor timber restoration – full job including sanding & finishing Looking for someone experienced in outdoor timber/deck restoration to completely restore the timber area on our balcony. The timber is currently very weathered, rough and splintery. We have young children, so the main priority is to get it completely smooth, splinter-free and safe for bare feet and little hands. I’m looking for someone to complete the entire job from start to finish, including: Remove/cut back all weeds, vines and vegetation growing over or through the timber Remove and dispose of all vegetation and waste Clean and properly prepare the timber Thoroughly sand all timber surfaces, edges and rough/splintered areas Address any small splits/raised sections as needed Get the timber as smooth and splinter-free as possible Apply an appropriate outdoor protective finish/sealer Ideally achieve a lighter, natural/coastal timber look rather than a dark or orange finish Complete all clean-up and waste removal afterwards The person completing the job must supply ALL labour, tools, sanding equipment, materials and finishing products required. There are 2 timber decks that have weathered over time, One is 6m x 3m and has a seat on both sides (shown in photo). The other is 3m x 2.6m and is not so weathered as the main deck. Both have 2 stairs leading up to them. They both need sanding to get back to original so they can be re-oiled.

I have had a new wooden pine deck installed. It is now about 6 weeks old and needs to be prepped and oiled. There are still pencil marks from installation which require removal or sanding. I have both the oil and applicators. There is also a ramp as pictured.
