Looking for an experienced flooring specialist to sand and stain an existing parquetry floor, approximately 70 square metres, in a house located in Chatswood. Would need this done in the next week or so.

Wanting someone to sand our floorboards and polish. We have ripped up carpet in a few rooms and floorboards are underneath. Wanting to know the cost per square metre for this or how you would quote the work. Thanks

Hello everyone, My partner and I would like to have someone sand and polish our floorboards in our home. We have floorboards in the corridor. 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room. The space is about 45-50 sqm (I’ve attached the floor plan for your information) The house will be completely empty. The floorboards right now are very dark and we would like it lighter (please see photos attached). In regard to the finish, we would like a light sheen to the finish. Nothing too glossy. Move furniture to garage the day before floor sanding, replace furniture the day after sanding

Repair, sand and seal original floorboards in level 1 of Victorian house plus staircase. Approx. 54 square metres not including stairs. It's all carpeted currently except for one room where we have taken up the carpet, but carpet, gripper rods and furniture will be removed before job. There are some cracks and gaps in some of the boards - photos are from the spare room where carpet has been take up.

I need someone who is good at using an orbital sander with 60-80 grit or similar equipment, in order to roughen the surface of a ceramic tiled floor, for the purpose to apply new flooring on top afterwards. The size of area is 40sqm (or two bedrooms and one living room). The area is ground floor only, no stairs. Parking is easy, can park 5m away from the area. You are to provide the equipment and labour. I am unsure what this job would cost, so please make your own offer and I will consider it. Please let me know when you are available to do it.

Sanding ,polishing,seal of 75m2 floorboards with satin water-based finish. This is the hallway/living and bedrooms. And 11m2 pull up vinyl tiles and refit with hybrid floorboards. The 11mr is over 2 area- the sunroom and small kitchen. Preferred start next week.

Floor sanding bamboo - 3 bedrooms and hallway

I have pulled the carpet and underlay up in the sunroom/spare bedroom and would like these wooden floors sanding and sealing please. I’ll remove all nails and staples from the floor before sanding in prep. The room is 12.9m2 Trying to weigh up the cost of having someone else do it vs hiring a sander from Bunnings :) Any advice appreciated!

We have 2 rooms (21sqm total), where we have lifted carpet. We need help sanding the adhesive on the hardwood floor.

Wooden floor boards to be sanded. Two rooms on ground floor. Total space is 4.9m wide x 8m long = 39.2 square metre Old lino and underlay have been removed. We will apply the finish ourselves, so are just looking for someone to do the sanding. The space is the front two rooms and the hallway on the attached floorplan. Photos of current state of floorboards attached. We can remove most furniture in preparation, but ideally we would need someone to help move a wardrobe into another room (photo attached). Aiming for first two weeks of February.
