Sanding & nail punching (no polishing) of old wooden floors of 1950's single level cottage (mixed - Cyress & hardwood). Approx 60 sqm spread over 6 rooms. Floors were carpeted (now removed)and floors have some old splattered paint. House is situated 300m from parking area.

Need stairs sanded. We got them painted but now with to renovation this does not go well with the set up. So need them sanded ready for stain. Sanding machine can be provided if neeeded

Need warehouse floor sanded to get off the old flaking paint off and then painted with a product provided. Roughly 150 sqm. Budget is variable, not sure what to expect. Images added.. I have had a new wooden pine deck installed. It is now about 6 weeks old and needs to be prepped and oiled. There are still pencil marks from installation which require removal or sanding. I have both the oil and applicators. There is also a ramp as pictured.
