Small Sleeper Deck made of AKD Ironwood Edge sleepers. Intergrain Ultradeck coat from 2 years ago. Need help prepping the timber for coating with timber oil (oil based). Last coated 2 years ago with Intergrain Ultradeck (water based product) Decking oil. Hired a handyman who tried cleaning the timber and sanding it but his sander was getting clogged and this has left the deck looking patchy (see picture). Need help to remove the old coating and give the deck a light sand so it looks uniform and ready for a new coat of oil. (New oil coat not part of the task). Floor boards require sanding and sealing. There is quite a bit of variation in the floor currently, we do not expect a perfect outcome just a bit more consistency and brightness. We plan to re-do the flooring in 2 years so this is a semi-temporary fix. The area that requires sanding is 67sqm. There are two bedrooms, one living room and the corridor. I would like this job completed between the 11-15 June.

I have had a new wooden pine deck installed. It is now about 6 weeks old and needs to be prepped and oiled. There are still pencil marks from installation which require removal or sanding. I have both the oil and applicators. There is also a ramp as pictured.
