URGENT Looking for someone to sand back the timber floors in a small room (approx. 3m x 4m). I’ve already started removing the paint with paint stripper and it’s not amazing, so just need someone to come in with a sander and finish the job, getting the floors back to their original timber. I’ll be staining the floors myself, so just need the sanding done!

Wooden deck approximately 7.3m x 2.3m requires a routine maintenance (light sanding and oiling).

Change of scope: I was previously looking to get somebody in to resand and polish the floorboards in the main part of our house plus our back deck. But I now just need the back deck done. Deck is approx 6 m × 4 m and needs sanding back to bare timber then oiling All the boards are in good condition apart from one tiny corner of the back deck, which I will have fixed up prior to this work being done.
