Need repair of timber fungal decay in section of bearers and underside of balcony decking. Joist being replaced by Body Corporate

Solid hard wood floor repair needed - minor work. Solid timber flooring which is tongue and groove has been glued to floor in one section of house. It has lifted as per photograph with 3-4 boards on each section lifted (as per photograph) do to minor (in volume) swelling due to rain damage. The repair is likely to involve careful cutting of the tongue in the affected area, applying at least some glue and then pushing the boards together. The warped section is about 3 metres long so the cut in the tongue will need to be that long at most

floor boards have lifted with the subfloor floor board has been removed to close the door I need the floor realigned to to the existing level and finished so the work aren’t the same

Engineered timber flooring , has scratches on two areas ( 2 x boards) need it fixed ( sanded and the polished) tried using wax but landord isnt happy.

Need some floorboards replaced and some areas repaired before getting the floor sanded and polished. Would like the work done this week if possible.

2 x bedroom transitions need to be fixed and new trim put on (removed floating floors so just need a transition trim put on instead). Main room (worst of them) will probably need some new carpet in that area. I have an off cut from when installed. Second room has just lifted slightly so will probably be fine to be pulled tight and secured with new trim?
