Find an experienced fireplace installation professional in Inner South Melbourne

I have a Heat n Glo Mezzo 1300 AUB fireplace. It has a RC300 remote. The remote has always worked but this morning it has somehow un-paired itself from the fireplace. The remote is still fully functional, just not communicating with the fireplace anymore. Need help finding the control module for the fireplace, and putting it in pair mode again so that the remote will work again. Fireplace is a 2-sided see through fireplace that's built into a floating wall. I've removed the front panels but haven't been able to obviously see the control module.

I would like to find someone to check if this fireplace can be fixed, (I can’t find the brand name) If not able to fix, I am looking for electronic fireplace replacement.

The iron bar inside the fixed fireplace is wobbly and cannot be secured, need to be repaired.

Needing someone to mount my 80inch TV to the wall above my fireplace. My wall seems to already have some sort of brackets on it and also have tv bracket accessories but unsure if that’s all that’s needed for my tv. See pictures.
