My fireplace needs a mantle but we’re not wanting anything too fancy. We were thinking to just add some trim to make it standout a bit more (see photos for inspo). It’s also quite large so we didn’t want a huge mantel that sticks out. We wanted it flush. Attached a photo of our fireplace and two pics of some inspo. We’re on a bit of a budget.

We need to build a gyprock frame wall to install electric fireplace (supplied), niche for 75" tv (current tv needs to be rearranged) and build base cabinet frame underneath and install porcelain slab (supplied) and lighting strip. This work also rearranging the electrical and data points. Can provide measurements once I see your work within this area.

Remove the bar and wine-stackers, redo the wall where the wine stackers are cut, redo the floor where pieces are missing due removal of bar and fire plce support.

Remove a fire place including the flute. Patch the gyprock & paint and patch tiles above ( I have spare tiles).
