My side gate is currently sticking at the top and is quite difficult to open and close, so I need it adjusted/repaired so it operates smoothly and aligns properly. I also need the existing latch removed and replaced with a new latch/lock, which I will provide. Looking for someone who can: * Fix the gate alignment/sticking issue * Remove the existing latch * Install the new latch I provide * Ensure the gate closes securely and everything looks neat and finished Please quote for labour and any minor materials required. Fix the leaning post on swing gate

Fence next to the driveway about 4m is leaning one way and needs fixing. It’s broken off one column.

Our fence has collapsed. We think the nails have come undone. Fence itself doesn’t seem damaged. Needs to be fixed.

There is a large gap between two sections of my Colorbond fence (see Photo 1). I don’t think it’s caused by loose fasteners. Instead, I suspect the fence has shifted because the foundation has moved, causing the entire left fence section to lean backwards and separate from the right section. At this stage, I don’t want to rebuild the foundation or replace the fence posts. I’d simply like to reconnect the two sections so the fence looks like Photo 2, with no gap. Photo 3 shows the entire backyard—the fence on the right is the one that needs repairing, while the fence on the left is in good condition. Is there a simple way to do this? For example, could a metal joining plate, timber board, or another type of bracket be used to bridge the gap and secure the two sections together? If so, what materials would you recommend, and what would be the best way to install them so they’re reasonably strong? If you think the fence should be repaired properly instead, I’d also appreciate your recommended solution and a quote for the work.
