We need a side fence painted access a little tricky but ok. Also front fence and gate painted

I need you to add some extensions to the top of my fence and tension wire in between the posts. The extensions will be between 40-60cm taller than the existing fence depending on what is feasible. On both fences (rear and side) ~10m combined I want the extensions to be nice hardwood posts. The existing frame is fence posts along with a structural timber running along the top.

I would like a wooden fence completely replaced. There are large wooden supports across the top and bottom (see photos) that need to be replaced, and then you’ll need to replace all of the individual small pieces as well. I have removed the hedge so you will have full access to the site from the outside. I would need the bricks that the fence is placed on to be waterproofed too. I chose an arbitrary number for the budget. Please quote labor only no materials. We will work together on choosing the wood. Further work available at the property for a good job done at a fair price.

Replace existing wooden side gate. I would like the new gate to look exactly like the old gate. Must install the existing lock in the new gate and use timber suitable for outdoors and preprinted preferably. No need to paint. - Due date: Flexible
