I need an events manager to help us coordinate an event we are sponsoring. It is 2 days, 19 & 20 April at the Melbourne Convention Centre. You will be in charge of bumping in and out, setting up our banners and marketing materials as well as taking photos and coordinating with our influencers who will create content for us. We will have 3 salespeople there, all in all, it is pretty straightforward

Looking for an experienced event coordinator to help us on the day co ordinate our low key engagement photo shoot. We need someone who can manage the suppliers and the hotel where the photo shoot is to occur. You will also need to be available in the day for set up and pack up. The suppliers include organising a florist, lanterns and led candle set up and pack down. Cake display as well. Please see below pictures of our inspiration. We have already booked the photo shoot venue and we will coordinate our own photographer and give you those details. The only part you need to be involved in is pack up and set up as well as supplier management and ensuring suppliers send us what we need on the day.
