I own a property with five individually rented rooms (not all rooms are tenanted all the time). I am looking for an individual to assist with the cleaning and inspection. The work schedule is comprised of two parts. PART 1 Clean the property twice every month. 1) lounge (pic attached) 2) kitchen (pic attached) 3) shower (pic attached) 4) toilet 5) laundry (pic attached) Please notify only of any significant issues observed or raised by the tenants. This should take up to 2 hours each time (4 hours total). PART 2 Inspect, take photos, and upload them to a shared online drive every third month.
