Easy access as wall cavity will be opened for accessing. Need hot/cold taps relocated to bottom for front loader as it will be in a cabinet. Another basin hot/cold taps will be changed to mixer for the sink basin. Will provide the new tap mixer for basin sink and new tap fixtures for front loader.
