Need a wax layer removed on upstairs flooring.

Skope refrigerator TME 1000-C produces loud rattling and vibration noises. Upon inspection I’ve noticed ice building up by the fan, which causes the fan to constantly hit the ice, creating the noise. I’ve let it manually defrost and cleaned the fans/filters but it continues making noise after a few hours. I need someone who can find a solution without breaking the bank as it would be a better idea to buy an entire new fridge

65-Inch LG TV Mounting & Audio Setup I need help mounting a 65-inch LG TV. The wall bracket is already installed but needs to be double-checked for safety and security. The TV is heavy, so it may require two people to lift it into place (I’m happy to help). Additional tasks include: • Running HDMI and power cables through the wall. There is an existing wall socket from the previous owners, but I’m not sure how to use it to route cables neatly. • Connecting the TV to an amplifier and two speakers located inside a large cupboard under the TV. • Drilling round holes with covers in the cupboard for cable management (I can supply covers if needed). • Ensuring cables are long enough to reach the power supply (I can provide extra cable if required). Looking for someone experienced with TV wall mounts, cabling, and basic AV setup.

Some of the tabs that attach the trampoline springs to the mat have broken off, they were originally sewn into the mat- hoping there’s a way someone can reattach them so we can hook the springs back on!

One of our wok burner has a problem with its pilot, after turning on momentarily it will turn off on its own. Not sure if there’s a gas leak, but unlikely as there’s no smell.

Just moved into the property. Looking to use the wall for a projector. I’ve removed old tv mount and the wall needs filling and touching up. 4 plugs to be removed and filled. Colour matching on the pain required. A few other locations they need hooks removing and wall cleaning / touching up. Some simple paster touch-ups on walls including two ot three minor holes

External shutter on upstairs window was removed and then refitted when we had our weatherboards replaced. We've since discovered two problems: 1) The frame of the shutter has been put back higher than it should be, this stops us from opening the window 2) The roller is stuck in the closed position and will not open. I can hear the motor trying but there's no movement. The external window/shutter is located on the first floor of a townhouse, access via ladder. Note roof is tiled so caution is required.

Two shower taps and outdoor tap require a new washer each. I can supply the washer.

My Denon amp/receiver (DRA-F101) that connects my record player and plays via Bluetooth has started making a very loud very alien noise. I've tried turning it off many times and changing settings. I suspect some water got in from a pot plant nearby. It's really loud and I'd just love an expert to assess it and either fix it or determine if it’s not worth fixing.

I have 2 trees which I would like the tops trimmed. They are small trees and have soft foliage, not like gum trees. I think a large hedge trimmer could work ok. The trees are approx 3 - 4 m high. See pics

Two medium sized tree stumps with good access. You’ll need tools for these. And two small tree stumps down the side of the house. You can use strength for these.
