New tenants are about to move in and a few things need fixing. Old TV wall mount to be removed, holes filled and wall painted (paint not supplied) Minor paint touch ups in apartment. Tighten sink tap. Fix gas cooktop knob (if possible). Fix hanging door stop. Tighten/fix pantry door handle. Fix toilet flush button. Re-secure splashback strip lighting. I'm flying over on Wednesday at lunch time, until Thursday afternoon.

A previous airtasker used white cement instead of grey cement on the paver, this needs to be fixed.

Shower just dribbles out water even when I turn both taps to the very end. Every other tap/faucets in the house work normally. Shower been leaky after I turn off after showering the past few weeks so I suspect it's just wear and tear of the taps as it's been a long time since they've been replaced.

Having issues with both two wall lamps in our unit even though we’ve already bought new ones and replace old ones with them. For the past week, they were just blinking and finally went off today. The story is we do have purchased three new lights, but all of them do not work which is quite unusual for us because whenever we replace old ones with new lights in the past, they have been working very well. So I double the issues are with our apartment voltage or something else instead of my light bulbs or lamps. I also attach the type of lamps for your reference. Thanks
