Soldering a piece on coffee machine circuit board

I have 2 small side tables with timber tops. They are 300mm X 300mm. I need the tops stripped back, stained and varnished. I would prefer a darker colour to the present finish. The tops unscrew from the bases and are easy to handle.

We have two taps to replace, one in the kitchen and one in the laundry.

The washers behind the taps need replacing as the shower is dripping. The spindle is tightly screwed. The taps were installed in last couple of years.

I need a plumber/handy man with necessary tools to change the washers on two shower taps.

I require a tradesperson to fix my shower tap which keeps coming off (might need replacing?)
