Electrical Issue: Downlight Circuit Tripping Looking into the issue where the circuit for the downlights keeps tripping.

Removing and replace bath taps and spout per pictures shown plus set up of new shower head and pole as shown to replace existing set up. Some drilling into tile required to put up lower part of pole on shower head set up.

Only driverside headlight is not working. Needs to be replaced.

There was a water leak through the cowl on top of the chimney. Job is to take a drone video of the chimney top covering all sides of cowl, flashing, brickwork, sporting any cracks in the mortar, linings between cowl and mortar and any other cracks in brick work.

Concrete Pad footings already installed. Need to set Uni Pier adjustable heads to required level in prep for remaining deck installation.
