Find a local electronics repairer in Glen Huntly

New Dishwasher needs only cold water in. Unfortunately under the sink is only access to the hot. So I need new hardware sourced and installed to do so. Also 2nd smaller task or replacing perished pan cone rubber from upstairs toilet

Internet line is impaired due to the in home wiring Bridge Tap Detected. Needing a local electrician/ technician to check the lines from the main Connection room to unit. - Due date: Flexible

Shower drips and need to fix it. Install new taps on shower bath. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 10 January 2024

Two small jobs 1) cold water shut-off valve is spraying water like a steam mist when open, valve screw is tightly fastened. I need an experienced plumber to replace the old leaking shower head and install new ones. I would also like to get the taps replaced. Please refer to photos to see the type of shower head and taps I currently have. I will prefer to get mixer taps instead of the old washer taps. And also get modern shower head (square/rectangular). I would like these gaps closed: I am not sure whether silicone would work as there is nothing to support it when used for these gaps. In the kitchen: Close the gap between workbench and tiles over the length of 114 cm length (1.5 cm gap) In the bathroom: Close the gap between the washbasin and the (tiled) wall 100 cm length (0.5 cm gap) Ideally, the job should be carried out in the next two weeks.
