Chips missing in window frame. Need 2 small sections of wood that has chipped away from window frame repaired. Section circled on left is approx 7cm and on right, 3cm. Repairs only- will paint myself. Would like someone to accept this who has the ability to quote and fix internal damage as well (suspected rot).

Front porch and balcony require repair to several chips and cracks in the marble work. See photos for details. Crack need filling and several chips have been partially repaired but not finished and contoured. Need an experience stonemason who is reliable and has worked with marble before.

Supply & fit: 1) copper Tee joints to attach to washing machine taps, towards the top of the hot & cold water supply pipes in the photos; and 2) washing machine taps (these can be chrome taps). Not included in my listed budget (ie I will pay more if this is achievable), is to enable me to attach the waste water hose from the washing machine to the copper drain pipe in the photos. If not possible I will drain into the bathtub. Edit for clarity: The washer is new and I don't yet have it but the online instructions say it only needs cold water. It will sit in-front of the sink with the back facing the bath. I will have a dryer which will sit above the washer but that doesn't need any water supply. If plumbing the washer and dryer waste water into the trap of the sink requires replacing the trap and / or drain, I will just place the ends of the waste water hoses into the bath, I do not want to replace the copper (or brass) drain pipe or trap.

Just moved into a 1st floor apartment. Over the last few months we are hearing louder and louder step noises from the floor above us. The noise did not start immediately but worsened with time. We went from NO NOISE to irritating noise, My wife says it doesn't bother her. The noise seems to start after we hung blinds, mounted TV and art painting to the wall. How do we reduce the noise. The quote should be in 2 parts, INSPECT and quote and if accepted execute the remedy.
