Hi, We plan to install a Philips DDL720-MVP-17HWS or DDL709-FVP-7HWS which are both smart locks and sold in bunnings where you can get pictures. The door where this will be installed is pictured hereby. I would like to get some quotes on the install. Note: I am a Tech Myself, so can figure out configuration myself. I just need help with the install of it because I am not a Locksmith. The door currently has a Deadbolt and a Handle Lock as pictured. Deadbolt Plate is 13.5 cm x 2.5 cm and the Handle Lock Plate is 16.5 x 2.5cm. Thickness of door is 4 cm. Those responding, if you could please also let us know whether only Deadbolt will be replaced or the Handle Lock as well and will the suggested models fit - only then will I purchase them.

Rip up approx 90 liners metres of carpet tack strips from GF apartment 4 rooms. Hallway and entry, mostly double strips. Strips nailed to floor. Floor will be covered with new floor so can be marked etc Disposal by the owner. Rip up strips only

Remove stumps and roots from garden bed

Sparky needed to diagnose and fix a light switch that trips the circuit/fuse when turned on. Should be an easy job – likely a faulty switch or loose connection. Weekday or weekend is fine, Brighton VIC location.

I have 6 cypress pine tree stumps that either need to be completely removed or partially removed. I will be having decking built around the pool and need at least a 15cm gap between the fences and the stumps. There also needs to be a depth of 200mm for the decking joists. Ideally, someone will remove all of the stumps or at best, use a chainsaw (I believe a tungsten chain is best) to cut pieces away. I can’t get the stumps ground out as all machines are too large. There is one stump in the ‘corner’ of the two fences that does need to come out. If this could be done before Monday 4 August, it would be ideal, if not, any day next week is fine.

My son wants Mega Man and Bass and Megaman unlimited to play, one is a fan game and the other isn’t available unless it’s on a emulator. I want his switch modded and the emulator put in there with these two games.

The blind is approximately 190cm x 150cm. The plastic loops on the back through which the pull cords are threaded have disintegrated, meaning I can't raise or lower the blind. I'd like to get them replaced.
