I am unable to set the timer on my automatic water heater timer switch to off peak time, this switch is on my electric main switch board. Since I have installed my solar battery I am unable to work out the the right functioning of the timer it is may be I an not setting it correctly or may be the switch is malfunctioned. I need an electrician who can access and fix this for me.

We are getting electrical work done in our 1950’s home over the 20th, 21st and 22nd of August. The front half of the house has solid double brick walls so the electrical work will result in some chased walls (about 2), aswell as some extra hole filling when power points, fan switches and switchboard are moved. More info in images, the cover image is just from Google as an example as the work has not been done yet We are getting painting done straight after so this job needs to fit in between the electricians and painters and done quite quickly, while also being flexible and staying in communication with the electricians and painters

Hanging Lights x3 fitting

I need several light bulbs replaced and a couple installed + smoke alarm repaired by qualified Electrician. Downstairs: - Kitchen area: replace 2 lightbulbs with COOL WHITE, same as the others. - Dining room: replace 6 lightbulbs with WARM WHITE Upstairs: - Hallway: replace 2 lightbulbs with COOL WHITE Garage: - Install lights (already have this light on hand ready for installation). Backyard left corridor; - Swap existing dual lights (with sensor) with regular dual lights. Studio at the back: - replace Cool white ceiling light with Warm White so the colour matches the others. Front yard: - Replace light bulbs in the 3 lamps. Test & repair smoke alarm downstairs and upstairs (upstairs wire was cut off).

I have couple of powerpoints that don't work and trip, couple of downlights that flick and set of garden lights that stopped working. Also want to check smoke alarm is functional (beeps oddly at times). Simple tasks for certified electrician only

Require supply & repair/replacement of 2 light switches/plates located in lounge and toilet. Room A -> Clipsal 2-bang with dimmer (32E400M) : Top rocker (connected to down lights) is broken - requires replacement. Bottom rocker works OK. Room B -> Clipsal 2-bang | Both rockers faulty (connected to light and fan in toilet). Can intermittently get both to power up if fiddling with switch - rockers appears faulty. Both plates are cream / beige in colour. I get a sense this colour might have been discontinued from what I can find on the web (Clipsal). If rockers of this colour can't be sourced, a white plate & switch replacement for all is fine. Also appreciate diagnosis of fan in Toilet once switch is fixed. Can hear it buzzing but unsure if spinning correctly. Need to determine whether motor is blown.

Updated 01 July 2025:Adding PowerPoint in the ceiling(one PowerPoint for garage door motor)and 2 PowerPoints in two different walls of garage, for office use. Also need to have existing data point moved 1.4 metres across, next to existing power point.

I need an electrician to re fix a light fitting to my ceiling

Looking at getting 4 downlights installed in my lounge room with a dimmer switch as well as a power point installed outside for a sauna Sauna is a standard power point Single story unit

1 x light fixture need installation and wiring in bedroom ceiling. 1 x display spotlights not working, unsure if needs new lightbulb or faulty wiring? 1 x outdoor spotlight not working, probably need new lightbulb but unsure either. All 3 jobs could be as simple as needing a light globe replacement but it could also be needing rewiring of some sort, I am unsure so a qualified electrian would be good.
