I need several light bulbs replaced and a couple installed + smoke alarm repaired by qualified Electrician. Downstairs: - Kitchen area: replace 2 lightbulbs with COOL WHITE, same as the others. - Dining room: replace 6 lightbulbs with WARM WHITE Upstairs: - Hallway: replace 2 lightbulbs with COOL WHITE Garage: - Install lights (already have this light on hand ready for installation). Backyard left corridor; - Swap existing dual lights (with sensor) with regular dual lights. Studio at the back: - replace Cool white ceiling light with Warm White so the colour matches the others. Front yard: - Replace light bulbs in the 3 lamps. Test & repair smoke alarm downstairs and upstairs (upstairs wire was cut off).

I have 13ish ft (might be 12, not entirely sure) ceilings, and my dodgy landlord put the cheapest smoke detector he could find in. It's now beeping, and slowly driving me insane. I need someone with a 10ft/3m ladder to come take a look. I've got no idea of the make or battery type required, so ideally someone like a sparky who might have it handy, or who's happy to do a bunnings run for me would be good. I'm disabled, so climbing a ladder isn't something I can do and really just want the job done with minimal stuffing around. Only one is beeping but it'd be good if you could take a look at the other one too and make sure it's clean and not going to start screaming anytime soon. One smoke alarm is in a hallway, the other isn't so a step ladder is probably better than an extension ladder.
