When i plug my waffle maker the power is on and there's a light but when we switch on to heat is not working.

Supply and installed one 20amp circuit breaker Test and confirm it's working correctly. This happened with another one not too long ago. There's no short on the circuit so pretty sure it's the same issue repeating with another breaker. The last time the job took like 10 minutes total and I expect the same so please price accordingly.
