We had a gas leak in the gas line under the house and has no access point. Needs to put a new gas line to the water heater and gas heater at the back of the house. about 25ft long line from the gas meter.

Apparently faulty wiring between light switch and exterior fitting needs to be replaced. Light fitting is about 6m away from the switch and the fitting is on the eaves.
