Looking for a electrician to complete rough-in electrical work in laundry area. Scope of work: - Pull power cables to 5 existing points (holes already cut and wiring accessible – see photos). No need to install sockets or fit-off - wiring only. - One of the existing power plug in 3rd picture needs to be moved a bit down - Install ceiling exhaust fan with light (plug in type). Hole is already there for downlight but needs to be drilled bigger for exhaust to fit. Walls are currently open, so access is easy (look pictures) Please quote labour only.

3 Led down lights not working. Doesn’t seem to be a light fault as we tried replacing the lights but it is still not functional. May be a light holder issue as all other lights in the ceiling working well.
