1) When my dishwasher runs sometimes it short circuits and shut down the whole kitchen area’s electricity. We never used the dishwasher until one month ago. We stopped using now that we realised the issue. 2) My bedroom light sometimes turns itself off and the ceiling fan turns on by itself. I deal with this by flicking the switch off and on to turn the light back on and stop the ceiling fan. This occurs every few months a few years ago. Then for 3 years they weren’t used. We are looking for a professional and reliable electrician. We’re installing a verandah with a gable cool deck (insulated) roof L10.4 x W4.5mtrs. The cool deck roof is approx. 5cms thick. We require downlights to be supplied and installed. Color of the downlight must be white to match roof and tricolor. We’re thinking between 8-10 lights, but happy to work that in with you to determine what is best for an area of 47sqm. The builder needs 1 day to install the verandah. Downlights to be installed on same day as the builder, as downlights need to be installed in cool deck in tandem with builder. We’ll work with you and the builder to find a suitable day. It will have to be a weekday and must guarantee to attend the same day. Happy to do a cash job but require receipt and prefer payment to be made via this platform.
