Hello, We are looking for a licensed NSW Electrician to attend our retail store, in Rouse Hill Town Centre, to replace five faulty track light fittings. The Issue: Five of our ceiling-mounted track spotlights have stopped working, which is affecting the lighting on our sales floor. As these are integrated LED units, the entire fitting needs to be replaced. The Job: The task is to supply and install new, like-for-like replacements for the five faulty lights. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fittings on the high ceiling track (a suitable ladder is required). 2. Removing the five faulty light fittings. 3. Supplying and installing five new, identical replacement track lights. 4. Testing the new lights to confirm they are fully operational. ** Light Specification (see attached photo) Requirements: - MUST be a fully licensed and insured NSW Electrician. - You must have your own tools, including an A-frame ladder appropriate for a high commercial ceiling. - The contractor must be able to source and supply the five specific light fittings as per the code provided. We need a handyman to remove a few plug/switch boards from the wall and paint one wall with projector paint. The wall will be used for projecting movies. Please include safe removal, patching if needed, and repainting.

I need to install a POE camera and a power point. I’ll provide the camera and the cost for the cables and power point hardware. The camera needs to be connected to the NVR via an Ethernet cable. Power point should be installed in laundry for a different device I have a NVR on the first floor, and the camera should be installed just below it on the ground floor roof. Task Description: Alfresco LED Lighting Fix & Switch Separation One of the LED tube lights installed on the brick wall in our alfresco area has stopped working after recent rain. It appears to be affecting both lights connected to the same switch, as neither are functioning now. I'm looking for a licensed electrician to: Diagnose and repair the issue causing both LED lights to stop working after the rain. Separate the lights onto individual switches so they can be controlled independently. Relocate the brick wall-mounted LED light to the ceiling of the alfresco area (right next to the brick wall).
