We have got our LG ducted air-conditioner professionally cleaned and checked recently, but we face the issue of uneven airflow where it is heated and warm in the living room and kitchen but the bedrooms are not warm at all. WE NEED A PROFESSIONAL WHO HAVE REAL EXPERIENCE

Hi I need a licensed electrician to fix some electrical issues in my house. The tenant has mentioned the following issues: The lights needs replacing - the down lights in hall way as you come into the house. The lights outside as well out the back are all out and require electrician. The light bulb in some rooms as well. There’s no hall way light which is inconvenient The electric box needs to be updated. All the PowerPoints are to one switch. Electric box needs another main switch for the amount of power points in the home, I get told to not have things running at once which is a bit hard. I can’t be expected to use one thing at a time. Also if you can do this: The windows it’s pretty much all windows unless I don’t know how to lock them properly they have keys and don’t seem to lock, the laundry window doesn’t shut properly really. I don't know exactly how many bulbs are required, but please provide a general cost per bulb. Also, are you able to fix/update the electric box? Not too sure what that is, but it sounds like a circuit breaker?

Pickup old hot water unit, just got a new one installed

Licenced sparkie required to reconnect a replacement bathroom excel 4 in 1 light fan. Previous model stopped working. Old fan has been removed from the ceiling. Ceiling cut-out already there. Cables run. Just need to connect the new fan & change the light switch over so the new fan works properly. New fan already on site so just labour only. Should be about 30 minutes work. Thank you.
