Also, require a Queensland govt. compliance certificate as our property has been sold (settlement date is in mid March). A floor plan of the property showing room dimensions etc is attached.
Colin did an excellent job of supplying and installing the smoke alarms for my property prior to sale. He was very proactive re communicating with me and he completed the task quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended!
