Safely disconnect electricity to bedside lights (2)and patch the wall

Hi I would like to have an outdoor electrical outlet installed on a wall. There is an existing outlet on the other side of the wall, which is under the deck and has all the pool filters etc. Will also need to tell me what to buy regards the outlet from bunnings

Remove indoor wall light and switch x 2, fix and replace indoor lights x 3, remove random switches (approx 3/4) and cords, supply and install new switches/cover plates (approx 15) install external power point.
