Install a 25A contactor (230V coil) on the HWS circuit. HWS is a Rheem Stellar 315L, single element, 4.0–4.8kW (~20A) — too large for a smart relay to switch directly. 4. Install a Shelly Pro 1 driving the contactor coil (dry contact on coil only; contactor poles carry the load). 5. Install a Shelly Pro 3EM with three 120A CT clamps: CT1 main incomer (see note below), CT2 HWS, CT3 A/C. 6. Confirm HWS cable is adequate for continuous ~20A on a C20 breaker; advise if not. 7. Test, label, provide compliance certificate. ⚠️ CT1 PLACEMENT — CRITICAL Clamp CT1 at the point marked "ACTIVE LINK" on the backing panel (see photo) — upstream of every breaker including "MAIN SWITCH INVERTER SUPPLY". Downstream placement reads house load instead of net grid flow, defeating the install's purpose. Please confirm accessible conductor there and that the incomer fits 120A split-core CT jaws. DIN SPACE Removing the two redundant units frees ~4 module widths. Please confirm this fits the Shelly Pro 1, Pro 3EM, contactor, and RCBO — advise if the board needs extending. PARTS Shelly Pro 1 and Pro 3EM supplied by me (RCM certified). Please quote LABOUR + contactor + RCBO + DIN terminal blocks + circuit labels. PLEASE NOTE: Backing panel is labelled "CONTAINS ASBESTOS". New gear mounts on EXISTING DIN rail (freed by removing two redundant RCDs) — no drilling/cutting of the panel should be needed. We have an IXL tastic (2010) model installed in our bathroom. The three down lights do not work (have never worked since we moved in) and the respective light switch is off and never illuminates in blue as the others do. IXL tech support has suggested this could be down to a fault with the switch. We would much prefer to troubleshoot this before committing to a replacement as everything else works totally fine (heat lamp and fan).

Replace a wired smoke alarm

3 led down lights need to be recessed into the gypson ceiling. 3 holes cut into the ceiling and the lights installed with new wiring to the main light switch.
