We are looking to setup NBN at our home (has never been NBN connected before) but I don’t like where the current coaxial wall port is located (in a kitchen cupboard). Looking for an NBN technician to help install a new HFC coaxial wall port in a different location in the house. House is single storey with tiled roof, on stumps. Would also like some advice whether it’s worth installing a new port and keeping the current one vs just relocating the current one (e.g. would having a second port ever be useful down the track).

Hi Tasker's, I am needing help from an electrician please, for a few tasks around the house. -A light switch cover has come off - unsure if it can still be used, and the button underneath has moved positions. It will hopefully be a quick fix. -Changing over globes so that they match from two lighting fixtures, may involve a trip to Beacon lighting (10 min drive from here). -An over the counter downlight cover has come off and I don't think light is currently working. Will need troubleshooting and purchasing of new globe (we do not have a spare). The cover of the downlight appears to not be in usable condition any longer, so will likely need a new one. -We would like you to check outdoor lights in garden bed to ensure they are all working. Hot water heater is aqua max 390. Need to change thermocouple

We have two existing wall lights to be replaced with three new wall lights. We also need a power point fitted in a bathroom. Please only respond if you are a qualified A-Grade electrician with relevant insurance.

Customer just had infrared sauna installed and the front heater isn’t working properly.

Need to remove and discard 3 light fittings and replace with new down lights (approx. 8). Replace 1 down light in washroom

I have 9 old downlights, replace with new ones as show. Some might need a larger hole.

Wires are run I just need the breakers wired into the board and wire run up wall to the board but it’s all played out my sparky has fallen sick so most word done

Did 600mm trench to run powerpoint cable

Mitsubishi heavy industries air con SRK71ZRA-W starts but doesn't blow cold,then turns off after about 10 min and blinks error code, timer light on and 7 flashes of run light, which according to user manual means insufficient refrigerant. Outdoor unit is on the ground

Need an electrician to assist with below tasks, which are straight forward, but need a licensed trade: 1. Replace an outdoor light bulb at garage entrance with a sensor light 2. There are 5-6 in ground deck lights that need replacement, they are all gone. See photos. Happy for you to supply lights for these. 3. Need a new door bell installed. There is existing wiring for the existing door bell. 4. Install 2 new wall lights at the outdoor deck area. One location needs to bring in a power from nearest indoor connection. 5. Install a new set of festoon lights outdoor, need yo create a connection to existing power source.

Water not heating enough, need repair/service

Need electrician to come over tomorrow for a quote with a kitchen renovation. Job may be is new cook top connection, oven, rangehood, microwave, few power points and few also some pendants over kitchen bench top. Double storey house.
