Lamps needs repairing the fitting is loose

Need a licensed electrician to relocate a powerpoint and tv aerial to the same wall just have it elevated for a tv and change a downlight at the front of the house. Both PowerPoint and downlight supplied.

Mount and wire a hardwired 3600W outdoor radiant heater (HEATSTRIP Max DCR) on my covered alfresco deck. I have the heater and all mounting hardware on hand — I need it installed and connected in one visit. Scope — mounting: - Hang the heater overhead from the pergola rafter using my supplied stainless chain, D-shackles and screws/pad eyes. - Fix anchor points into the structural rafter (pre-drilled), level the unit at ~2.4m from the floor, hanging horizontal (face down). - Rafter height is ~3.05m. Easy ladder access. - IMPORTANT — hang to resist sway (open-edge deck, wind exposed): use 4 anchor points in roughly a 600 x 600mm square on the rafters, with the chains SPLAYED OUTWARD in a V (not hanging straight down). Scope — electrical: - New dedicated 15A circuit on its own RCBO from the switchboard. Modern DIN board with spare ways and an 80A main — no board upgrade needed. - Weatherproof isolation switch near the heater. - Cable run along the pergola rafter to the heater; connection point offset to the side, not directly behind the unit, with a service loop so chain movement doesn't flex the connection. - Certificate of Electrical Safety (CoES) provided on completion. Details: - Single-phase supply. Heater draws ~15A / 3600W, weighs ~8kg. - Elevated timber deck under a pergola; switchboard is on around 8meters away. Access is doable via roof or under the house. - All mounting hardware supplied by me (chain, D-shackles/quick links, pad eyes, coach screws). Please quote a FIXED PRICE for the complete job — mounting + electrical + isolator + all consumables + CoES — not hourly. Must hold a current Victorian electrical licence (Energy Safe Victoria). Flexible on timing.

One of the swtches keeps tripping, probably because of several appliances on the line

Need 3 light switches changed to have dimmers. Unsure if bulbs are dimmable though. Hi, my power keeps going off at the mains. Need some help from an electrician please

Panasonic technician reset and test the pressures and check flare connection. Unit has lost most of its charge, liquid line icing up. The indoor unit is inside the ceiling and above 3mtrs high. Removable tiles cannot access due to height; 2 men are required. Panasonic technician advised Equipment not faulty, but a gas leaking issue due to installation fault.

Provide and replace a water pressure valve for water heater

Wooden electrical switchboard box on outside of house, bottom of door has rotted away. Would be happy with just the door replaced if possible, but if more economical then whole box.

Recently completed plaster ceiling & need to install 3 x LED downlight.

Bought a house recently and had renovation done. No NBN coaxial socket. There is a NBN utility box on the exterior wall. The utility box is below eaves about 2.3m from floor on the exterior wall (brick). Need to run cable from utility box down about 2m and install coaxial socket for NBN

Need a NBN line moved 1metre.

Water heater is not working there is no fire something is leaking

Recently had FTTP installed downstairs. Would love to get a quote to relocate my new WiFi router (black one in the photos) upstairs, as the WiFi speeds upstairs have been poor. I'm hoping to get this done with by running an Ethernet cable through the walls, to a wall outlet where my FTTC connection used to be (white router in photos). Please note, the current outlet upstairs is not an Ethernet outlet. I'm in a double story town house with a metal roof. Very flexible with time, but I am at work till 5 during the week, weekends would be ideal. Thankyou for your time. Amal

Switchboard has been upgraded about 3 years back. Current load capacity is 40A, but need to upgrade it due to electric induction cooktop, rangehood, washing machine, oven, electric hot water heat pump, electric split system. Single story house. Ceiling and wall plasterboards removed already. Switchboard around 9m from mains, outside the house

To install 1200 batten light in kitchen. I have light already. Old light has been removed.
