Wooden electrical switchboard box on outside of house, bottom of door has rotted away. Would be happy with just the door replaced if possible, but if more economical then whole box.

Water heater is not working there is no fire something is leaking

Recently had FTTP installed downstairs. Would love to get a quote to relocate my new WiFi router (black one in the photos) upstairs, as the WiFi speeds upstairs have been poor. I'm hoping to get this done with by running an Ethernet cable through the walls, to a wall outlet where my FTTC connection used to be (white router in photos). Please note, the current outlet upstairs is not an Ethernet outlet. I'm in a double story town house with a metal roof. Installing new gas water heater

Need to replace the ptr valve of the hot water system. Unit is in the outside and easily accessible.

Hot water is not coming all of sudden. It was working till 5 pm. It’s kind of solar+gas water heater. My gas heater (ducted heating) is working but not hot water.

Supply line to my hot water heater seems to be leaking. Access behind the wall is available.
