Hi, I need someone to inspect 7 fire alarms in Berwick.

Need the gas hot water removed and reinstalled due to the current area is moved down. The builder didn’t concrete properly and installed this hot water heater on a little concrete slab which overtime moved. I want someone to remove it and relocate other side of the switchboard or concrete the area properly again and reinstall on same area. Gas heater is working fine

Need to check and replace for short circuit issues in our home. We tried removing all power boards one by one but still have this problem. Everytime we switch it back it works for a little while from 12 hours overnight to 15 mins during the day. We suspect aged switch boards or a losen plug but need an expert to diagnose and fix. The system draws ~3.6 kW, with a 20A breaker and ABB contactor already installed (see photo). We want a timer we can adjust ourselves—not just a device timer. Install electrical cable and PowerPoint for roller blinds and sheer curtains. First photo contains two windows, left side on the stair landing and right side is the top window from the void area. The pictures 2 and 3 are the sample photos sent by my curtain guy so the wires can be taken from the roof to be hidden behind the curtains. Install three chandeliers, the last three photos are for the chandelier points. Let me know if any further information is required.

I think we lost power in the night as our alarm clocks reset. And I think after that power was restored and all lights and fans are working. However anything plugged into a power outlet - fridge , internet , kettle , lamps, range hood exhaust are not working. It seems like a trip somewhere but I could find it.
