Electrical work : 1960’s home with new lighting installed in 2016 1. Outdoor powerpoints 2 x double GPO work intermittently. The south side GPO shorts house fuse if used. ( GPOS located under decking bench seat)   2. Indoor living room wall light does not work 3. Indoor suspended kitchen strip light ( Modular brand ), downlights dont work ( the fluorescent component works). 4. Living room pendant & kitchen pendants flicker when dimming and are not very bright on the ‘ non flicker’ level. If dimming is complicated, consider option to have non- dimmable fittings

I need to change a downlight that is currently wired (see picture). I have a replacement that has a plug (see picture) that I’d like to replace it with (see picture) that has a plug so easier to change in the future.

I require a licensed electrician with experience installing ring cameras on Thursday 31st. Ideally starting at 0800 or 0900. Looking for a licensed electrician to assist with two tasks at a residential property in Balgowlah Heights: (1) Infrared Sauna Connection: - Existing 20A outdoor isolator installed for previous sauna unit. - New sauna (insurance replacement) has a 20A plug, but the isolator was hardwired. - Need either: - The new lead terminated into the existing isolator, or - The isolator replaced with a 20A socket outlet to suit the plug. - Note: Lead is approx. 30mm short of reaching current enclosure. (2) Pool Heat Pump Install: - New pool heat pump has arrived. - Pool company has advised it must be connected by a licensed electrician. - Will supply spec sheet for quoting purposes. Please respond with availability and estimated costs for both items. Site is ready for inspection.

Tesla wall charger has failed. Looking to replace it with either 15A or 32A charging, but need wall socket fitted. Existing 32A line to Tesla wall charger can be used.
