I am looking for a reliable tradesperson to handle the demolition and prep phase of my laundry and toilet renovation. I need the areas cleared and ready for the next stage of tiling and cabinet installation. Scope of Work: • Floor Tile Removal: Strip existing floor tiles from one (1) laundry room and one (1) separate toilet. • Demolition & Prep: Remove existing wall linings/drywall in the laundry room, and remove the slide door • Drywall Installation: Re-sheet the laundry room with water-resistant plasterboard (blue board/villaboard), finished and ready for painting and cabinet/sink installation. • Waste Removal: must include provisions to remove waste. Key Details • Room Sizes: Laundry is approx. [2.6 x 1.8]m² and toilet is approx. [1.1 x 0.6]m². • Timeline: Looking to have this completed by June 2026. Previous owners of my house repaired holes in the drywall with gap filler rather than joint compound. It left the wall looking lumpy. I have hacked out the filler and want to fill and smooth with joint compound.

I need you to hang my Ikea Enhet Laundry Floating Cabinets to avoid piping and make sure it's secured properly to drywall/plasterboard. I need help putting up a couple of coat hooks and securing 2 Ikea bookshelves to the wall so they don't tip. I tried to out the coat hooks up myself (see photo) but the anchors are falling out and I don't know how to fix.

The dogs have scratched at the drywall where the doors to outside are. The front door will get away with just a spakfilla and a coat of paint although the wall next to sliding door has deep gouges and will take a bit more to repair, may still be able to sand it back and replaster it before painting it. Please include for painting too please.
