One of the downpipes at my house is blocked and needs to be cleared. It’s a two-storey house, and there is only one downpipe in this section, so it’s definitely the downpipe itself rather than the main drainage pipe. Access is possible either with a long ladder or from the garage roof to the second-storey roof. Looking for someone experienced with clearing blocked downpipes.

Got a rainwater tank removed and the plumber left the connections unfinished. So need someone to connect the gutter to downpipe and the water connection hose reinforced. Need a licensed plumber for this job

Down pipe spreader extension

1) Replace 2 x storm water down pipes - 1 x from house roof gutter and 1 x from garage gutter. Current pipes are made of iron (now rusted) and rectangular + cylindrical in shape. Distance from house roof guttering to ground outlet is 2.9 meters and from garage roof guttering to ground outlet is 2.4 meters. Replacement pipes to be PVC cylindrical type. New pipes to be properly fixed into place. 2) Replace and properly fix/align guttering on one side of garage. New guttering to be colourbond grey. Length required is 6 meters. 3) Take away and dispose of old guttering and down pipes. Tradesperson only. Negotiable on price subject to site inspection.

I need help unblocking a drain opening at the bottom of a downpipe. I’m not certain whether it is leaves and debris or tree roots. It could be a very easy quick fix.

In the corner of two gutters there is pooling of water as the gutter on the side of the house is not pitched to run into the downpipe as per the photos attached. As a result there is damage to our eave. Work required 1. Re-pitch gutter so that it flows to the downpipe in front of the kitchen window. 2.
