Need to fix down pipe alignment

Dig and expose the stormwater pipe, properly install a new downpipe, and connect the gutter to the sotrmwater pipe, and refill the soil. stormwater pipe is located and appx 30cm deep Please refer to the photo for details.

Area of the roof that needs attention is around 50cm to 100cm, thats it I need flushing installed in the roof to direct the rain water path and protects insulation and plasterboard. I've got the flushing material already. Also, need a downpipe installed.

- front security door is not aligned. Door is 10cm shorter in width that then frame. This needs fixing and hung the security door - downpipe at the rear needs alignment with the drainage. And the exposed pipe needs to put underground , for better drainage.

Need a roof plumber to fix the 2 downpipes in the attached picture which have been poorly extended with a white pvc. The results should be similar to the fourth picture, original downpipe. The new downpipes should be metal and in the same colour and shape. The cement clean up is part of job as well. The full length of downpipe is roughly 250cm.

Need 2 existing downpipes (75mm) replaced with 90mm downpipes. Roof (gutter) height is about 2.8 metres from the ground level (storm drain connection). Also need 1 new downpipe added and connected to nearby stormwater drain inlet. Lastly, Replace 1 cistern cock in toilet. Leaking near the wall. Detailed job- 1) The replacements of 2 downpipes from 75mm to 90 mm will include cutting gutter hole to 90mm, replacing downpipe pop from 75 to 90mm, change pvc pipe 75mm to 90mm and connect to ground connection point. 2) 1 new downpipe (90mm) install will also need the same tasks done as listed above, just that there is no hole in the gutter presently. This new downpipe connection will need to be connected to an existing adjacent downpipe (75mm) as shown in the picture. So the coupling will have to take that in consideration. 3) Replace 1 cistern cock in toilet. Leaking near the wall

Install and fix one part of downpipe and gutter

Down pipe is falling off. Needs help to change a new screw and put on an extra bracket to secure it.

There is a continuous water flow in the roof downpipes, and there is suspicion that the water leakage is from the solar hot water panel installed on the roof of this double-story house. The root cause of the water leakage on the roof downpipe needs to be identified and fixed
