The windows at the property is letting water through whenever it rains in the bedroom and kitchen, needs to be sealed around the edges. We are then also looking at getting a couple of downpipes installed on the gutters to have a better flow away from the windows. Materials will need to be supplied

Painting Exterior of house including eaves barge boards. One eave needs replacing and barge board fixed

Lift roof colorbond sheet, inspect down pipe and repair where water escaping. Replace hardiflex on 2 of 3 down pipes

I have 2 x 6 m gutter lengths, One needs cut and joined on the corner. I have brackets, rivets, rivet gun, sealant, downpipes and straps to attach.
