Inspect site and prepare suitable scaffolding/ladders to access guttering around 2-storey home. Clean out guttering. Re-attach downpipe to gutter at front corner of property.

Suspect concealed gutter to downpipe connection is corroded and leaking internally. This is on a short length of gutter. The connection will be under a roof sheet. This section is on a single storey section of the house. Depending on price, may change the one on the opposite side too.

The downpipe from the gutter has rusted and needs replacing.
