I need a downpipe replaced from current 50mm metal to PVC 90mm, a basic clean in the gutter around the downpipe. I can supply materials including elbows and pvc as I already have some due to this pipe connecting to a first flush and water tank Cut solar pipes next to the gutter. It’s in a pretty high spot, will need a 10m ladder.

There are 2 downpours that need to be fixed. 1. The downpipe is too short and doesn’t completely connect with the cuff from the gutter. Water sprays out when there is heavy rain.
