Im needing x2 people to construct/erect/build/put together a 3m x 3m garden shed. The shed is purchased i just need it built - including bolting it to the existing cement slab. You will need your own tools - pop rivet gun, extension cords, cement drill etc - can provide o/d power supply. Experience in constructing and building/putting a garden shed up is a must. Will directly deposit the funds once the job is done - you will need to supply bank details. 1 days work only - (5 hrs wrk per person - $125 each) need it completed by 4pm - can start at 9.00am

We require an experienced person to install a shed from kit form including dyna bolts and sealant to protect from weather, water and vermin. Concrete slab has already been installed

I read the legislation and it seems I will likely need smoke alarms installed to be inline with legislation in qld to rent the house out. Based on the attached plans. How much would installation of the right amount of alarms be to meet minimum legislation requirements? It’s a 4 bedroom and study 2 story home with 2 alarms in there but they may need to be upgraded so they connect with the rest Kind regards, Tiffany

This is a summary of what needs to be done: **In the space where the dishwasher will be: 1.Remove 2 doors 2. Remove bottom and right side fillers 3. Remove middle pannel 4. Remove bottom panel 5. Remove all metal pieces that were holding the doors **In the cabinet to the right side of the of the dishwasher: 1.cut the middle and bottom panel 2. Move back the back panel about 10 cms **In the cabinet where there is space for a microwave 1. Remove the handle and cover the little two holes 2. Remove the back panel 3. Professional to install easy craft panelling (bottom half of a 3 ish metre wall). Panelling supplied but no tools or equipment. also install a wooden piece at the top (like image). i don’t have a wooden piece but could supply if required. submit offers please. No paint required - i will do this myself.

The kitchen bench top, sink and backsplash needs to be replaced with a new one. Some carpentry’s job is required.

Make a step out of sleepers to match. Will need to be fixed to it and have cut outs on the bottom to allow water to pass under.
