We have a covered balcony that has built in BBQ area. The cabinets are white laminate. There is a space in the end for a bar fridge but we don’t plan on using it, so looking to place a cabinet door in front of the space so we can use for extra storage.

Reoil deck using intergrain ultradeck. Size approx 30m2. As you'll see from the photos, the main part of the deck we are looking to get refinished is the bit at either end exposed to the sun. They have gone black due to sap from a tree above so may need sanding first. If we can avoid refinishing the whole deck to save cost happy to do so, but if that will create an obvious discontinuity then understand it might be best to do the whole deck.

Window screen has fallen from fittings (on window hood and side of house) of traditional Queenslander house. Another screen is coming loose. Second level so will require long ladder.

Hood left side to be rebuilt in H3 Pine studs along with strips to replica existing other stays (see additional photo). I’m looking for a handyman/carpenter that can create some pieces of furniture using ikea pieces but with the addition of other parts to create more elevated studio wide desk and shelves. Flexible as to timeframes just we would like it completed by end of March. Task: 12ml MDF substrate supplied and installed to fitted cabinets (happening 12th and 13th Feb) before stone templating so ideal dates are from this Friday and before Wednesday). Looking for a good tradesman who can think for himself to sort this situation. We need to install 2 x 450mm Euro Cargo bins in the cabinets shown below. But the cabinets are not deep enough for them. The idea is to cut through the back of the cabinet and into the other cabinet behind it. Then install the bins and install a false back on the 2 door cabinet behind. The works have to be done with the cabinets in position. Cannot be removed. I'm providing the bins, but you'll need to provide the white melamine for the false back (Bunnings melamine is fine) and all the screws / consumables.

Have installed IKEA method kitchen cabinets. Need a cabinet maker with keen eyes to advise me if the cabinets are levelled enough for the kitchen countertop to be installed. It can be built offsite, and installed at a later date (within a couple of weeks). The unit itself needs to built in a way which the aircon units can be removed if needed.
