I’ve put up a wall. The wall is 2.4 m high. It is double sided one side is over stairs There is a doorway. I need cornice put up in the wall flushed and patched ready for painting.

Need a cornice replaced in the entrance above the door

All four Cove Cornices in the laundry need replacing as per the photo. Existing cornices have moved away from the wall.

A piece, about 500 mm, has fallen off. Need to be fixed. Broken piece is available.

Cornice has fallen off, and cracked. The ceilings are 3.6m high, the cornice is about 3.6m long, cracked in the middle from the fall. It will probably need to be fixed with nails or something as well as cornice cement.

Cornice repair. I have the matching cornice pieces to line up pattern of existing cornice where a gas heater was removed. So it’s a small job to be done well.

Remove old laven plaster ceiling, rose and cornice and replace with new gyprock ceiling and cornice in 1 room (approx 4m x 4m), flush, sand and paint. Remove all rubbish from site. May new a few timber buttons on the room framing (subject to viewing once old ceiling is removed). Suit 3rd or 4th year chippy or all rounder handyman.

Need some ceilings removed and dumped (skip bin provided) I've highlighted the areas on the floor plan The main area is about 6.5x 7 then toilet and laundry - Due date: Before Wednesday, 14 February 2024

Our house is 100 years old and on reactive soil and has moved in the last 5 years since we purchased. One cornice at the front of the house is in need of repair which may require it to be cut into shorter segments and reattached to the wall. We are open to other options to reattach and make it safe. - Due date: Flexible
