Hi, I’m looking for a licensed professional to install a new oven and cooktop. No cabinetry is required. The existing oven is gas and will need to be capped off as the new oven is electric. There’s already a main switch on the switchboard, so no new electrical line is needed. It’s a straightforward install and the appliances are ready. Could you please let me know the cost? Thank you.

Job is in Hurlstone Park. I’ve already bought an identical replacement 60cm Devanti ceramic cooktop. Bench cut-out is done, unit drops straight in, existing junction box is there. I just need the old one disconnected, new one wired in and tested. Can you give me a fixed price including GST for that, assuming no switchboard issues?

The old cooktop has already been removed and the existing 240V single-phase supply cable (active/neutral/earth) is accessible in the bench cutout. The new cooktop has a standard terminal block with L1, L2, N, Earth and requires a single-phase install with L1/L2 bridged, as per the manufacturer’s diagram.
